It allows you to create events and memories with all relevant media together in an interactive and 3D view. Exploring such timelines makes a lot of fun and the can be easily exported to other social networks, blogs or sites.
Origins
Michael Hirschbrich, founder of Kronomy: "The idea came about in 2007 when my wife was pregnant with our first child and we wanted to capture our new life in a unique and personal way. My wife started writing a diary, but I realized that there weren't any good online options. I foresaw a website where one could record for posterity the lives and special experiences of oneself and one's loved ones in a new, exciting and different way rather than as a normal and boring profile. Andreas Schietz, my business partner, was equally fascinated by this vision and together we developed the strategy for the product that we see today."
